We don't ship to UNITED STATES

"PharmastoresUK" makes every effort to ship every order on time. Once it is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping company. If your order does not arrive on time, please let us know via email. We will track your order and contact the shipping company to deal with any problems that may arise. If you don't let us know that your order hasn't arrived, we will not be able to help!

"PharmastoresUK" hopes that you find all items in your order in the good condition.

You only can ask for a refund before we ship your order. Once we ship your order it your responsibility, as the customer, to receive the order. Therefore, products that are shipped and in transit cannot be returned or refunded.

We are not responsible if your order is rejected by Customs or your ministry of health. Thank you.
